If you have chosen prepayment, you will receive an order confirmation to your email address after you have sent your order. In the upper part, directly below the address, this contains the bank details / IBAN to which you send your transfer order. Once your payment for the full invoice amount has been received in our account, we will release your order for packaging/shipping, usually on the same day (Monday to Thursday), and you will receive an invoice for your documents by email shortly afterwards a tracking number for the shipment.
